Privacy statement
What is collected, what it is used for, and what your rights are.
1. Who processes your data
Wole runs the ordering system you use to order food from a restaurant. Both Wole and the restaurant receiving the order process your data: Wole as the operator of the system, the restaurant as the one delivering the order.
2. What is collected
What an order needs: name, phone number, email address and delivery address. The contents of the order, the payment method and the state of the payment. If you create an account, also a hash of your password and the addresses you have saved. Verifying your phone number records when it was verified.
3. What it is used for
Delivering the order, taking payment, customer support and statutory bookkeeping. We do not sell your data to anybody and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and measurement
We use only cookies the service cannot work without: the login session and the one that remembers a verified phone number. Use of the service is measured as daily counts per restaurant — how many opened the shop, started an order and ordered. No visitor identifier, cookie or IP address is stored with those counts, so no individual can be identified from them.
5. How long it is kept
Orders and receipts are kept for six years, because bookkeeping law requires it. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
6. Your rights
You can obtain a copy of everything stored about you, and you can delete your account. Both are available on your own account page. Deletion removes your name, contact details and addresses; the amounts, receipts and VAT of past orders remain for bookkeeping, no longer attached to you. It cannot be undone once it has happened.
7. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent as a support request from your account page, or by email.
